- The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. How to Initiate a Return

- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions for returning the item.
- Return the Item: Ship the item back to the return address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Custom-made or personalized jewelry.
- Gift cards.
- Items purchased on sale or marked as “final sale.”
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at contact@divineprestiges.com or call (845) 477-3036. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photographs of the damaged or defective item for verification.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
6. Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition. You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with both the return and reshipping of the exchanged item, unless the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
