Returns Policy

We accept returns on items that are in new, unused, and unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attached. To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
  • Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or design, you can follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We recommend contacting our customer service team for assistance in ensuring that your exchange is processed smoothly.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@divineprestiges.com or (845) 477-3036. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the item back to us, and we will offer you a full refund or replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Customized or engraved items
  • Clearance or final sale items

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are able to cancel orders before they have been processed for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item following our return policy.

International Returns

For international returns, the same return process applies, but please note that the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs. Additionally, any customs duties or taxes incurred for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
